I think the key with wet-look leggings is to keep the top very simple/casual. A distressed t-shirt or a longer-length tunic would be perfect!
Very important: cover your crotch! Camel-toe in leggings is never a good look, but camel-toe in wet-look leggings may get you arrested! :-)
